What Does this sonogram Test Result Mean?

My sonogram indicates multiple heterogeneity predominantly hypoechoic masses of the uterus:
Partly exophytic posterior uterus fundus a focal nodule 1.2 cm x 1.1 cm 10.8centimeters. Exophytic hypoechoic mass in the uterus again seen measuring 2.8 x 2.8 x2.6 cm. Small posterior hypoechoic nodule 1.1 x1x1 cm.
My EMB is benign endometrium. What is the significance of the first measurement above? I have no symptoms of abNormal Bleeding or pain during menstruation. I am less than 45 y.o. Is surgical treatment usually recommended here.?

1. The features in the report suggests presence of exophytic fibroids at different levels of the uterus. exophytic - outwards growth of the lesion / mass.
2.The endometrium shows benign features on examination.
3.Significance of first measurement - its a largest of the fibroid among three measuring quite large in size. ( they all similar part from the size).
4.Since the growth is outwards / subserosal / exophytic - there are no symptoms seen like excessive bleeding, spotting and so on.
5.Yes surgical treatment is the treatment of choice in this case as lesions are quite big - hormonal treatment will hardly helps.
6.Heterogeneous - Dark and white mixed, hypo echoic - dark/ black, hyper - white.
